Quins Aid Limited ("Quins Aid", "we", "our" or "us") is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at info@quinsaid.com.

These terms apply to every visitor of quinsaid.com and to anyone who engages Quins Aid for consultancy, enrols on our courses or donates through the Rise Fund.

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping the site at scale or using it in a way that impairs its availability for other users.

All content — including text, imagery, logos and design — is owned by Quins Aid or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Any fundraising consultancy work is delivered under a separate written agreement (statement of work or engagement letter) which sets out scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. Where those terms conflict with this page, the engagement letter prevails.

Case studies, statistics and outcomes shown on the website are examples of past work and do not constitute a promise of specific fundraising results for future engagements.

When you purchase a Quins Aid Course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for the duration stated on the course page. You may not resell, share credentials, or redistribute course content.

Course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to info@quinsaid.com.

Donations made through the Rise Fund are voluntary and, once processed, are non-refundable except where required by law or where a transaction is proven to be unauthorised. Funds are allocated to the campaigns described on the relevant Rise Fund page, subject to reasonable operating costs.

We are not a registered charity; Rise Fund is operated as a community funding programme by Quins Aid Limited. Tax treatment of donations depends on your personal circumstances.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment you agree to their terms in addition to ours. We do not store full card details on our systems.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quins Aid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings arising out of your use of the website or our services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one; the "last updated" date above indicates when it was last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
